Bistro Lotte Bed & Breakfast - Frome

The bed was super comfortable, but WiFi was a hassle to connect to.

My stay was pleasant during my visit.

Everything was lovely here - competent staff and immaculate rooms. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a kettle, central heating and an iron. You could leave a car nearby. The location was peaceful, not too...  

The stay was truly enjoyable, with highlights being the exceptionally comfortable bed and the amazing shower experience. The warm welcome included fresh milk for our tea, which set a great tone for our visit. We were enticed by the delicious meal we had and decided to stay an extra night just to savor it again. The location also made exploring Catherine Hill's shops and attractions very convenient, particularly the nearby Memorial Theatre.

Loved the place, had a really enjoyable stay during my visit. The location was handy, within walking distance of St Mary.

The location is lovely, but the noise level from the bar was unbearable. How can a place like this not offer breakfast included? Horrendous. I thought my suite would be upgraded because, obviously, i deserve special treatment, but alas, just more disappointment. Terrible experience, really thought this would be great.

Very comfy bed and excellent shower. Fresh milk in the room was a nice touch. The room was above the restaurant but very quiet. Great food at the restaurant too, so I'd recommend dining in. Parking spots nearby were an added bonus.

Cute atmosphere, ideal if you're hoping for attentive service.

Frome's vibrant scene impressed us, especially with live music nearby that kept us entertained during the evening.

My wife says that the breakfast selection was too limited for our family needs.

Free Wi-Fi and comfortable lounging area were nice, but limited off-site parking was inconvenient.

Couple's retreat to remember

Had a warm cute from the staff right from the start, was like they were genuinely happy to see us. The steak frites was cooked perfectly, it was rare to find such meticulous attention to detail in a meal...  

The food here stands out for its French-inspired menu, with amazing attention to detail in preparation and presentation.

Parking is a gamble. It's not guaranteed and can leave you scrambling to find a spot, less than ideal after a long trip. Noise can become a real issue, especially in rooms above the bar, where late-night chatter and live music may disrupt sleep. Wi-Fi connectivity posed challenges, with several complaints about difficulties connecting, which isn't great for work or staying connected.

The evening meal was really good, especially the expertly prepared steak and the continental breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options, like the fruit platter and cheese, perfect to start the day....  

The bistro was cozy and the food really good. Loved the attention to detail in the meal prep and the lovely presentation. Staff were friendly and helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed....  

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with unique options! Everyone was super friendly, always ready to help with our vegan choices. The town center was just a short walk away 😊

Wi-Fi was a bit tricky to connect to. Parking options were somewhat limited, which could be improved.
